Surplus cable and wire of the kind left over on Dubai projects
Local coverage

Selling surplus in Dubai.

Dubai produces a large share of the UAE's surplus: project changes on construction sites, fit-out leftovers, trading stock that did not sell, and equipment retired by logistics and facilities companies. Our Sharjah yard sits close to the Dubai border, so the northern industrial areas are a short drive away.

In Dubai we see a lot of cancelled-project materials, cable drums, MEP surplus, electricals and IT equipment, along with ferrous and non-ferrous scrap from workshops. We cover the whole emirate, including the free zones in Jebel Ali, where exit paperwork needs planning in advance.

Collection in Dubai

What to know before pickup

  • Free zone exits: JAFZA and other free zones require the tenant to arrange gate passes and exit or transfer documents before goods leave. Tell us early.
  • Building and site access: towers and live construction sites often need access permits, loading-bay slots or safety inductions. Share these requirements with your enquiry.
  • Timing: collections in central and southern Dubai are planned around traffic and permitted delivery hours.
  • Northern Dubai: Al Qusais and nearby areas are closest to our yard and usually the quickest to schedule.
How it works

From inquiry to cleared space

  • 1. Inquiry: send photos, a stock list or quantities.
  • 2. Valuation: an indication, typically within 12 hours, with a site visit for larger lots.
  • 3. Payment: agree the figure and get paid quickly.
  • 4. Pickup: our team loads and removes everything.

FAQ

Selling scrap in Dubai: FAQ

Do you collect scrap and surplus from JAFZA?

Yes. Goods leaving a free zone need gate passes and exit documentation, which the free zone company normally arranges. Let us know when you enquire and we will schedule the collection to match.

Do you buy leftover materials from Dubai construction and fit-out projects?

Yes. Cancelled and leftover project materials are among the most common surplus we buy in Dubai: cable, MEP materials, fittings, steel, sanitary ware and more.

How quickly can you collect in Dubai?

Once an offer is agreed, collection is usually arranged within the same week, subject to site access and free zone paperwork. The northern areas near Sharjah are typically quickest.

Do you visit Dubai sites before making an offer?

For smaller lots, photos and a list are usually enough. For larger lots or clearances in Dubai, we visit to confirm condition and quantities before finalising the figure.

Clearing stock in Dubai?

Tell us what you have. We reply with a no-obligation valuation, typically within 12 hours.
