Quotations and valuations
- Valuations are free and there is no obligation to accept them.
- An indication given from photos, lists or descriptions depends on the material matching that information. The final offer may change after inspection if the quantity, grade, specification or condition is different.
- Prices for metals and some other materials follow market prices. Offers are valid for the period stated in the offer, or, if none is stated, for a short period only.
Ownership and authority
By selling to us, you confirm that you own the material or are authorised to sell it, and that it is free from any claims, liens or restrictions. For vehicles, registered equipment and free zone goods, you are responsible for providing the required ownership, registration and exit documents.
Payment and collection
- The price, payment method and collection arrangements are agreed before collection.
- Ownership of the material passes to us when payment has been made as agreed and the material is collected.
- You must give safe, reasonable access for loading and tell us in advance about any site rules, permits, inductions or hazards.
Hazardous materials and data
You must tell us in advance about any hazardous, contaminated, pressurised or regulated materials. We may decline to collect items that are not disclosed. You are responsible for removing or wiping personal and business data from computers, phones and storage devices unless we have agreed another arrangement in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from any quotation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
