Paid for what it is really worth.
Surplus builds up for ordinary reasons: a project gets cancelled or redesigned, a supplier over-delivers, a product line is discontinued, or a warehouse lease is ending. That stock ties up space and capital. Every month it sits there, it is worth a little less.
Yalla Scrap It buys that inventory as it is. We value usable stock on its resale potential, not just its scrap weight, and we separate what can be resold from what should be recycled. You get one offer for the whole lot and one team to clear it.
We handle single pallets through to complete warehouse, yard and site clearances, including mixed lots that cover several of our 21+ categories.

Not on the list? If it is surplus and has value, ask us. We probably buy it.
What affects the price
No two lots are the same. These are the factors we look at when valuing surplus inventory.
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Resale potential | Clean, usable, in-demand stock can be resold, so it is valued far above its scrap weight. |
| Condition & packaging | Original packaging, labels and part numbers make items easier to resell and raise the offer. |
| Quantity & completeness | Full sets, whole pallets and consistent lots are worth more than broken, mixed quantities. |
| Documentation | A stock list with descriptions, part numbers and quantities lets us price accurately without guesswork. |
| Access & logistics | Loading equipment, access times and the number of trips needed affect the final figure. |
What to send us
The more we know up front, the sharper the first figure. Rough numbers are fine.
- A stock list or spreadsheet (even a rough one) with descriptions and quantities
- Photos of the overall lot plus close-ups of labels and packaging
- Where the stock is, and the access and loading arrangements on site
- Your deadline, for example a lease end or a handover date
Four simple steps
- Inquiry: send photos, a list or quantities by the quote form, phone or email.
- Valuation: we reply with an indication, typically within 12 hours, and visit the site to confirm where needed.
- Payment: agree the figure and get paid quickly, with no drawn-out terms.
- Pickup: our team loads and removes the material anywhere in the Emirates.
Surplus Inventory: common questions
Do you buy the whole lot or only the valuable items?
We prefer to buy the whole lot so you are left with a clear space, not a pile of leftovers. We price usable stock on resale value and the rest on material value, then give you one combined offer.
Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no fixed minimum. Small lots are easiest to value from photos. For large clearances we usually visit the site before confirming a figure.
Can you work to a lease-end or handover deadline?
Yes. Tell us the date when you first get in touch. We plan the valuation, payment and removal around it, and larger clearances can be collected in stages.
Do you work with government entities?
Yes. We buy from government entities as well as private companies and individuals, and we can follow your disposal procedure for quotations and site inspections.
